Steakhouse combines the sophistication of a premium steakhouse with a contemporary edge. it has quickly positioned itself as Sydney’s leading premium halal steakhouse, offering a traditional dining experience with a modern twist. With a focus on quality, authenticity, and innovation, AGED. delivers one of the city’s most memorable steakhouse experiences.
Born in Bankstown, Shanglish is a homage to the traditional street foods of Lebanon. In 2026, Shanglish will be expanding to Melbourne with the opening of its first interstate store in Broadmeadows. A celebration of vibrant Lebanese street food culture but now with a modern twist, Shanglish is now enjoyed across two cities with further growth to come.
The Culinary School launched its certified Employment Pathways Program in June 2025, endorsed by the Education Minister. This program creates inclusive and supportive training and employment opportunities for both children and adults, empowering individuals of all abilities to pursue their culinary dreams. Early enrolments and partnerships have already demonstrated strong community impact, setting the foundation for long-term growth.
